Norman has provided the guiding vision since the company’s inception nearly 30 years ago. Observing the evolving patient-centric healthcare model, Norman directed the development of the Patient Communications Gateway (PCG), a cloud-based service for connecting physicians and patients. He provides the marketing direction for the continuing development of practice management and EMR interfaces and conversions. A seasoned business professional and technical expert, Norman continues to be a driving force in computerizing the health care industry.
Manager, PCG Product Group
Yosef has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare software field. Prior to joining Micro-Office, he co-founded and was vice-president of a medical computer VAR that quickly grew to become the #1 company in its field. After selling his company, he led the transition from text-based programs to Windows for another leading medical software developer. He currently is the product manager for PCG, provides expert software solutions for clients, and manages a staff of developers. Yosef has a BA in Computer Science from Yeshiva University.
Client Relations Manager
Deb manages Micro-Office Systems’ new and existing client/partner relationships, including overseeing the company’s major projects and integrations. She brings high-level management and technical skills from her 30-year experience as head of MDTechMasters Inc. where her expertise in healthcare workflow, billing, and direct support lend an enhanced client-centric focus to the MOS team. Deb has successfully coordinated hundreds of projects including conversions, interfaces and custom utilities, and has gained a reputation for maintaining high client satisfaction. Her experience as a VAR for a variety of healthcare solutions and her in-depth knowledge of the real-world needs of healthcare offices, staffs, and resellers, combined with a solid technical background are invaluable contributors to MOS's success. Deb holds a BA in Business from Rutgers University.
Integration Solutions / Chief Software Architect
Michael is the primary architect and developer of the software engines that Micro-Office Systems uses for conversions and HL7 interfaces. He also authored many of the utilities marketed by Micro-Office and other strategic projects. He is an expert in practice management data and interoperability. Michael has been with Micro-Office System since 2002 and has 20 years of experience as an expert software developer. Michael has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a MS in Mathematics from UCLA.
Paul F. Chaney, Jr
Manager, Data Migration & Analytics
Prior to joining Micro-Office, Paul served for 15 years as IS/IT Director-Manager at two Mental Health Agencies. Most recently Paul performed the duties of Information Management Coordinator – reporting and maintaining data integrity at one of Ohio’s largest Behavioral Health care providers that provides services in 8 Ohio counties. Paul also spent 6 years with Henry Schein Medical Systems as their Level 3 client support specialist, where he initiated and implemented their Data Services Division. Paul is a graduate of Kent State University with an Associates of Business Degree in Computer Technology.
Outside of work, Paul and wife, JoEllen, enjoy spending time with their 4 grandchildren. Paul is active in Relay for Life as well as part of a group that travels annually to hurricane-struck areas in Florida to frame houses for Habitat for Humanity.
Software Developer / Customer Support
Dan is Micro-Office's technical support manager. He organizes webinars and demonstrates applications for business sales and support, and assists in maintaining the website. Dan holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a MS in Psychology from American University.
