MACRA/MIPS Compliance Terms & Conditions
The MACRA/MIPS Compliance is provided by The Company in conjunction with certain EHR vendor partners. The Guarantee stipulates that a Doctor or Practice or other Customer (hereinafter "The Customer"), ON CONDITION OF
- having deployed in a timely manner Micro-Office Systems' full Patient Communications Gateway™ suite of communication tools, including each of the following: PCG Portal™, PCG Remind™, PCG Statements™ & PCG Notify™ (hereinafter "PCG"); AND
- having utilized PCG in actual conjunction with a Micro-Office Systems-approved EHR product; AND
- having followed all Micro-Office Systems-supplied "MACRA/MIPS Compliance Guidelines", which include, but are not limited to, properly notifying patients of the availability of PCG and collecting patients' personal contact details; SO THEREBY
The Customer is guaranteed to meet the 5% threshold needed for MACRA/MIPS Compliance Attestation.
Should the aforementioned conditions be fully met each and every one, and nevertheless The Customer be unable to successfully attest for MACRA/MIPS Compliance, and for no other reason than this shortcoming, The Company will credit the practice for a full year of PCG Portal™ fees.
in order to claim this credit, The Customer must have verified in writing, either from The Company directly or from the relevant EHR vendor partner, that The Guarantee would apply to The Customer implementation.
The Guarantee might not apply to certain specialties or practice structures that preclude patient adoption of PCG Portal™.
